Microsoft Expression Blend is a great software development application. It is used for creating windows applications (EXE) in a WPF base (Windows Presentation Foundation). WPF is a graphical subsystem in .NET Framework 3.0 and later versions. It uses a markup language, known as XAML, which can be used to create a rich development interface. It is not necessary for us to know anything about XAML or its coding style. We can easily drag and drop objects and set their properties and styles just like editing a control in Visual Studio.

This package can be described as a combination of Adobe Flash and Microsoft Visual Studio. It can be very confusing to a starter. You need to do some practice on this one. The interface is great, but confusing. I have been using the Visual Studio for a long time. But this one is not easy. The editing style is somewhat similar to Adobe Flash or Dreamweaver and the interface too. The buttons and the textboxes are customizable in a lot of ways, more than the regular Visual Studio. WPF is just great in terms of graphics. It uses the style similar to Windows Vista, Server 2008 and later versions of Windows. It can create stunning graphics, mainly for making them easy to use. It has a lot of built-in functions to automatically format text and graphics for easy accessibility.

Microsoft Expression Blend supports Visual C# and Visual Basic programming languages in Microsoft Dot Net 3.0 and 3.5. Visual Basic is the easiest programming language you can try. It is used by both programmers and regular users for automating windows. Microsoft Expression Blend also supports the latest Microsoft Silverlight, which is like the Microsoft version of Adobe Flash. I really liked this program.
